Newly refurbished, Berners-Lee is a ground floor office space that benefits from an abundance of natural daylight from 3 elevations. The exposed services design gives a very spacious feel and coupled with the bare faced concrete results in a fit out of elegant industrial feel but without compromise on its function.

The communal areas have been refurbished and benefit from elegant finishes throughout the common parts with new WC’s and new showers. Additionally, there is a secure cycle storage in the basement complete with a bike repair station and clothes drying locker.

The Berners-Lee office space has been designed and laid out to accommodate 34 employees with a separate MD office alongside a dedicated 10-person meeting room complete with a large TV for presentations. In addition there is a private fully fitted kitchenette with an instant boiling ‘ZIP tap’ complete with a 6 person poser style table and stools, all of which is separated from the office with an acoustic room divider.

With each desk capable of accommodating 2 computer screens and already hard cabled to a patch panel and in turn connected to a live 1GB fibre line, the office is ready for immediate occupation. Berners-Lee is a space already planned for additional desks should you need expansion space in the future, and we will provide those desks and chairs upon request.
